Exchange and return policies
For the change it will only apply if it is broken, stained, loose diamonds (Zirconia).
No refunds, only store credit.
If the merchandise is sold out, it can be exchanged for an item of the same price, it should be noted that if the merchandise you chose costs more than the one that is damaged, you must pay the difference.
If you do not want any merchandise for the moment, you would have a credit with our store without an expiration date.
